Youth Empowerment Self-Efficacy
YES! Will provide students with the necessary skills to function and compete in the 21st Century. In addition, we motivate and encourage students to possess a heightened sense of self-interest. As personal development legend Jim Rohn once said “Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better. Don’t wish for less problems, wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenge, wish for more wisdom.”

The Youth Empowerment Services program is designed to educate, empower and inspire youth who may fall into the category of being at-risk to academic, personal, and social failure. It is designed especially for those who have been referred to by popular sociologists as having their path named the “public school to prison pipeline”. The goal of the YES! service is to break the cycle by providing a pathway to productivity, responsible citizenship, motivation, employability, college entrance, and entrepreneurship.
